What Is Money Experience?

What is Money Experience Essentials?

Money Experience Essentials is a unique, engaging online financial education course. The program focuses on personal priorities and quality of life, and uses a life simulator and graphic novel to introduce you to big financial concepts and allow you to explore how they related to your personal priorities.

Essentials is accessed digitally from any browser on any device and is self-paced. It is comprised of nine modules, can be divided into as many sessions as needed, and takes approximately two hours to complete in total. There is an option for additional facilitator-led curriculum if desired.

Who has access to Money Experience?

The Office of Economic Empowerment received a limited number of Money Experience licenses available for any Massachusetts residents between the ages of 18 and 26 years of age. The program is also open to MA community colleges, non-profit organizations, and state universities. Organizations wishing to request a large number of licenses and access to the resource center can fill out the License Request Form, linked here.
